Since 2016, ShiftX has evolved as a co-operative force in sea freight and container logistics, built on the belief that we’re stronger together. As a collective of like-minded Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), we secure fair, competitive conditions while providing full cost transparency and high-trust relationships across the supply chain. We don’t just move goods, we work with strategic partners who share a long-term vision, offering support and tailored solutions across land, sea, and air. Our model isn’t transactional, it’s transformative, designed for those who value alignment over short-term gain.
Milestones
We rely on short lines of communication and lean structures to offer our members a high degree of flexibility and transparency. Led by Managing Partners Antonios Rigalos and Stephan Schiller, around 25 employees at our offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Katowice (Poland), and Hong Kong work closely with our members to develop offerings and solutions that are then implemented through our global network.

The two retail companies COOP and Colruyt are launching an initiative to establish a joint logistics purchasing platform. -
XSTAFF GmbH is founded. 2016
Bodo Knop becomes its first managing director. -
Joint Venture 2017Together with Preford Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), XSTAFF establishes the joint venture CROSS STAFF ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED (Hong Kong).
