We partnered with shiftX in 2025 and we trialled their consortium model. It delivered exactly what was promised – so much so that we’ll be renewing again for 25–26.
The model has given us the stability, visibility, and reliability needed to keep stock flowing and fulfil client orders on time. We’ve saved thousands in D&D charges, meaning that even when the FAK market dipped below our long-term rate, we still achieved significant cost savings overall. 
What we value most is the flexibility to split volume across multiple liners, ensuring our cargo has always sailed as intended. For us, it’s proven to be a resilient and cost-effective solution.
